Working principle:

When the ultrasonic wave acts on the thermoplastic plastic contact surface, it will produce tens of thousands of times of high-frequency vibration per second. This high-frequency vibration reaches a certain amplitude, and the ultrasonic energy is transmitted to the welding area through the welding horn. Because the acoustic resistance of the welding area is large, the local high temperature will be generated.And because of the poor thermal conductivity of the plastic, it can not be distributed in time and gathered in the welding area, which causes the contact surface of the two plastics to melt rapidly. After adding a certain pressure, it will be fused into one.When the ultrasonic stops, let the pressure continue for a while to hold the pressure to make it solidify and shape, so that a solid molecular chain is formed to achieve the purpose of welding, and the welding strength can be close to the strength of the raw material.
