Cartooning machine details introduction:

1. carton sheets magazine

The carton magazine is used for stocking cartons. It can hold 500-600 cartons at a time (the cartons will tilt when the bottom is closed).

When the cartons are used up, the cartons need to be added manually. The carton rack can be adjusted according to the size of the cartons.

If the adjustment of the mechanism is not in place (including the carton rack guide rail, suction cup) and the carton indentation is not deep,

the box will not be opened. If the indentation is deep enough, we will add some spring devices according to the situation that the box can

not be opened at that time. (carton indentation is generally 0.4mm deep).

2. products conveyor belt

The material conveyor belt is used to place the products. According to the size of the product, the conveyor belt can loosen two screws and

move cross to adjust the pushing grid. In addition, there are baffle plates on both sides of the pushing grid to prevent the product from being tilted.

The conveyor belt can be placed manually or by machine. The machine can be used for photoelectric positioning, and two machines can edit

programs to make the machine move in harmony.

3. Feeding system

When there is a product coming from the conveying belt, the machine will automatically suck the box and push the material. If there is no product coming,

the machine will not suck the box. If there is a product coming, the machine will stop and protect it. After the carton is opened, the carton will be sent to

the pushing port through the carton conveying mechanism chain. There will be four baffles (upper, lower, left and right) to open the box, so that the product

can be pushed into the carton smoothly. If the product can not be pushed in, the machine will stop automatically to protect the machine and the product.

It is suggested that there should be a gap of 2-3mm between the inner box or the product and the outer box (L / w / h) to prevent the outer box from being

too small to push in and damage the carton.

4. Cam pushing system

Enhance the production efficiency, stability and fluency of the machine.

5. Sealing box

When the product is loaded into the carton, the machine will automatically fold the ears on both sides and fold the pages (as shown in the figure).

The position of this picture is the specific part of the machine to adjust the length / width / height. We can adjust the position according to the size of the paper box,

and the machine adjustment personnel only need to move the relevant parts to the mark according to the size of the carton. If the product is compatible with large

carton, the whole set of mould can be replaced!
